Helpful Tips
- Use Larder & Vine silicone utensils when cooking with enameled cast iron and avoid metal utensils as they may scratch or chip your cookware. Wood, nylon or similar utensils are other good alternatives.
- Do not expose your enameled cast iron cookware to direct flame if it is empty.
- Do not stack with other cookware when storing. If you must, place a towel between each pot or pan.
- Avoid using steel wool as it will damage the coating.
- Remember to ALWAYS hand wash your cookware.
